Accessibility Statement

Our services should be accessible to everyone and we are committed to making sure that every user has equal opportunity.

General

Our mission is to ensure that all users, regardless of ability or disability, have an inclusive experience. Accessibility is constantly improving, and we aim to make this as efficient and easy as possible for all our users. We are committed to meeting and exceeding accessibility standards so that our services can be enjoyed by everyone, regardless of any need. Your satisfaction is our key priority, as is ease of use.

Disclaimer

We recognize accessibility is always evolving, and we appreciate if there are parts about which you can think to improve. We’re always looking to challenge and solve our problems while expanding platform accessibility. We use a number of tools and conduct regular reviews to identify possible problems, being on top of current standards. Although we aim to deliver the most optimal experience, we have constraints; there might be limits, and some content or functionalities are not fully optimized as yet. However, we invite users to get in contact with us if they run into any hurdles or problems, so we can resolve them and take appropriate action. We would greatly appreciate your feedback so we can continue to create a more inclusive platform.

Compliance Status

Wherever possible, we intend to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 spec, at the highest level (AA). Using these guidelines helps the team to keep accessibility in mind as they create all the content, and then our platform works for everyone with different abilities. We continue to make advancements in order to accommodate compliance requirements and ensure more accessibility to all of our services. In order to guarantee that our website is readily accessible, inclusive, and changeable to accommodate all its users, we adhere to WCAG 2.1 standards. We want to achieve an accessible environment, exceeding accessibility expectations.

Screen-Reader and Keyboard Navigation

Full accessibility is provided without a mouse, as our platform includes features to support screen readers and keyboard navigation. We want to provide a level of user experience to those with assistive technology to be as seamless as possible; allowing them to access all of the site functionality and content. It is a habit of us to test our navigation features for compatibility with popular screen readers and assistive tools so that they work well for everyone. Buttons and menus also must be accessible by keyboard, and we also make sure all interactive elements on our platform can be navigated thoroughly and inclusively, with a keyboard alone.

UI, Design, and Readability Adjustments

Our design includes several adjustable features to increase accessibility. Users can change contrast settings for better visibility, resize text to their needs, and change colors for easier reading. The interface is easily readable and usable for everyone, independently of the specific needs. We even offer methods for fine tuning the fonts to make them more readable for individuals with dyslexia. Personalization features such as mentioned above, empower users to tailor the experience to their own needs, to help navigate with confidence and effectively, whilst guaranteeing our platform’s flexibility to cater to the needs of a wide range of individuals.

Disability Profiles Supported

We have various disability profiles so there is something for everyone. All of these profiles allow visual or cognitive impairments, motor impairments, or other specific accessibility needs. We make navigation smoother, more intuitive and, adjusted to users’ individual needs, by allowing users to change the appearance of the interface to fit their preferences. On the other hand, users with seizure disorders can enable features that deprecate the use of flashing elements and animations, thus rendering the experience safer. That way, our services are available for a wide range of customers, so people of all kinds can enjoy our services and our space remains inclusive.

Assistive Technology and Browser Compatibility

Our platform is intended to be compatible with the majority of assistive technologies and popular browsers (such as screen readers and text-to-speech software). We want the site to work apart without fail on different devices and browsers so that the user can use it the way he or she wants. Our commitment to an inclusive user experience, not limited to a single technology base, is supported by our familiarity with widely used technologies. Throughout the lifespan of our platform, we regularly test our platform with multiple assistive tools and update our platform to stay compatible, so that users with any technology they rely on always have a consistent and reliable experience.

Notes, Comments, and Feedback

Any comments about how to improve accessibility are welcome. We use your insights to grow, so we can continue to provide an inclusive experience for everybody. Any time we invite you to share your thoughts or ideas with us. We value your input and use it to augment our platform to offer you (as well as other users) a better experience.
